sintered carbide is characterized by several times higher hardness than high-speed steel, VHM circular saw blades can successfully process steels with hardnesses above 50HRc, acid-resistant steels and heat-resistant steels, titanium alloys, etc.

when using VHM circular saw blades for low-alloy steels processing, machining speed can be 2-3 times higher than from HSS circular saw blades

tooth type B (curved tooth) is used for larger cutting depths and for machining of solid and thick-walled elements

tooth type B is used, among others for grooving (deeper grooves)

since VHM circular saw blades are very hard and fragile it is advisable to use them on machine tools that ensure stable working conditions as well as proper and rigid attachment of the workpiece

rake angle depends on the type/grade of material cut

made of properly selected sintered carbide grade

production of the tools based on the latest methods and technologies of teeth cutting, grinding and thermo-chemical treatment

all standard circular saw blades are hollow ground according to specifics for given diameters which prevents from getting seized up in the cutting process

possibility of ordering circular saw blades with other parameters (diameter, bore, number and geometry of teeth) which allows to meet clients’ needs and expectations

in order to increase the lifetime of the blades there is possibility to cover the blades with refinement coatings, i.e. PVD

in case of group working please provide us with number of blades mounted in the spindle – tools will be produced to a special order with the same diameter
