using a borazon grinder wheel during sharpening guarantees the repeatability of the blade geometry as well as increases efficiency (long lifetime) and no burning effects and the highest roughness on the surface of the sharpened tooth

while sharpening of band saw blades it is recommended to preserve the appropriate angle of the grinding wheel in relation to the sharpened tooth in the band saw blade

using borazon grinding wheel reduces cracking of band saws up to 50%

it is recommended to use non-emulsifying oil for cooling during grinding

high quality profile borazon grinding wheel (regular boron nitride - CBN) on a galvanic bond with 181 granulation

perfect combination of granulation and grain concentration with relevant type of the bond
