Bw is universal teeth geometry used for cutting of full materials and profiles
teeth pitch dependent on material thickness and rake angle depends on type of material
to prolong tool life time it is necessary to use coolants
for cutting: steel (carbon and alloy steel), cast (iron-grey, ductile, and alloyed), cast steel, aluminum, brass, bronze and copper elements we recommend to use widely available, universal coolants such as Ekobiocol AK or Ekobiocol Special. A 3% to 10% water solution of these agents is recommended
saw blades are used on low-speed cut off machines – tools are not adjusted for wood cutting machines!
offer includes saw blades with teeth geometry C – for cutting of full materials or Bf – for cutting of profiles with thin walls
all standard saw blades for cut-off machines are made from steel DMo5 (SW7M)
their characteristic constructional feature are driver holes of diameter, number and pitch diameter depending on the cut-off machine
to increase the saw blades life, decrease the friction factor, enables to cut materials difficult to machine and increase the machining parameters, we offer passivation or: TiN, TiCN, TiALN coating
